As the dynamics of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to change, Pad Thai Restaurant wants to assure our customers and industry partners that the health and safety of our extended community is our priority. While we clean our stores every day, we are implementing additional cleaning protocols to assure as safe environment as possible for our customers and staffs. We are following CDC recommendations. Please note that although we are taking unprecedented measures to sanitize and clean, we cannot guarantee safety from the spread of the virus. Please do your part to social distance and wash your hands frequently, and wear personal face mask.

If you are having symptoms of or have been exposed to COVID-19, or if you have a serious health condition that would increase your risk in the event of exposure to COVID-19, we ask you DO NOT visit our restaurant at this time for the safety of our guests and staffs.

RETURN and refund policy

This policy applies to all orders. We cook our food fresh to order. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been prepared. We do not offer refund unless you did not get your food. Refund is to the discretion of the manager on duty and is not guaranteed.

CANCEL ORDER
Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared.

FOOD ORDERING INCOMPLETE
In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. In this circumstance, we may refund the amount to a credit card (that you have used to pay) or we will refund you with a store credit. No cash refunds.

FOOD ORDER ERRORS
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You must notify us ASAP by calling, please do not send an email or message us. Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up.

As a small private business, it is the right of the restaurant to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policy we, unfortunately, will not be able to conduct future business with the customer so that we may continue to provide excellent and quality food and service for you and our other wonderful and frequent patrons. All refunds is to the discretion of the manger on duty and is not guarantee.
Please note: we strive to prepare and package our pick up & delivery items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.

The Fee(s) is charged by the third party company, DoorDash. Delivery fee is a flat rate of $6.99, where available.

Once you have placed your order, we are UNABLE to EDIT or ADD-ON to the order. If you would like to add-on to your order, please place a 2nd order.

Please REVIEW and make sure everything is correct before you submit the order.


GIFT CARDS

Gift Card Card may only be redeemed toward the purchase of drinks or foods by Pad Thai. Your balance cannot be used to purchase other Gift Card, redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use.  We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. By using a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Pad Thai. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Card without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to our account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
